9. Which national or global tragedy were you closest to, and how did it affect you?
Being from New Jersey I’m the southern neighbor of New York. I was in 3rd grade when the World Trade Center was attacked. I didn’t understand anything at the time. My father worked at a law firm in the city at the time and it wasn’t until recently that I realized the possible damage that could’ve occurred in my life had he made it into the city that day.
21. What did you think about before you went to sleep last night?
Work and women, like a typical man. I’m doing a second sport along with soccer. So now I’m scheduled to ref soccer and basketball all week, and while it’s a lot of hours and decent money, I just hope it’s worth the promotion next year. I love my co-workers so they make it less stressful. I just have to get used to my shift in priorities, it’s class, work, and clubs now. I’ll pretend like I have a social life later. As for the women. Well, sometimes you just have to picture someone in your head, see them smile, in order to calm your mind before sleep. Whether or not the smile is directed towards you, it still helps to see it.
Damn. What princess do I identify most with? This is a tough one. I mean Pocohontas is pretty bad ass. And we have the same skin tone. But then again both me and Mulan are boh Chinese. But I’m going to have to say Nala from the Lion King because she is technically a princess or some sort of royalty because she is Simba’s girlfriend. And also she is a lioness, and everybody knows that you don’t fuck with Lionesses.
Ariel is my favorite princess because Part of That World is a great song.
♬ I'm kind of hoping for one I wouldn't expect...just throwing that out there.

I Wanna Hold Your Hand by The Beatles. This song is dear to me for several reasons. Some sadder than others. But in respect to you, Amanda, this song reminds me of our “first date” at my house when we watched Across the Universe. I remember how nervous I was, trying to figure out if I should put my arm around you or try to hold your hand. I ultimately chickened out and didn’t do anything. But ultimately it was the beginning of a relationship that I’ll always cherish.
because some of them want a relationship. Not all guys like Black Ops, because loving you is more fun. Not all men will hurt you, because some men are decent people. Not all men will abuse you, because some men like to see you smile.
