Because I know that if I’m back to normal, if my life goes back to normal…then everything else will fall into place. All these damn resolutions that I would make will happen. I don’t need a list, I just need to be me.

I occasionally ask myself
what’s more important?
Having the girlfriend I want, or being the best friend she needs?
Then I remember, what I want is not important.
At the end of the day, all that matters is whether or not she is happy. And if she’s not, it’s my job to make sure she is.
I dont know what that makes me, but I’ve never been one for titles. So here’s to her happiness.
